I have blue eyes. And please also include how i could pursude my mom.. I have dirty blond hair I HATE IT! And when im in the sun the hair growing out near my forehead comes out blonde and when i put my hair in a pony tail it looks bad..

Well I have blue eyes and medium brown hair. Brown hair looks good on almost anybody, so it should look good on you too. Just tell your mom you really dont like your hair and it's effecting how self-consciense you are. No mom wants her daughter to have low self-esteem haha. Tell her you just want to try something new.
