Some people think its the cholorine, but its not, it is actually due to copper sulphate which some pools, especially outdoor ones use to keep down any possible algae blooms.

If you change pools to one that doesnt use copper sulphate it should solve the problem straight away. If not, you just have to do the standard things to prevent or clean out the copper compounds in your hair. wear a swimming cap/ and /or avoid /reduce getting your hair wet, and shampoo your hair thoroughly straight afterwards in fresh water. I would suggest using a shampoo which is made for swimmers which will take out the chlorine in your hair and return it back to your normal color.
