What's a good HAIR BLEACH!!?!?!?

ok so i have dark brown/black hair and i want to bleach it very light, so i can be able to dye it purple

but i don't know what hair bleach to use?

like i was looking at blond dyes at the store and it said on the box that it will not turn dark hair blond?

I've heard that Manic Panic's bleaching kit is very good (ive never used it tho). Since you have darker hair, I suggest the 40 vol.

you know the store Ricky's?

they sell this dye that strips the hair of its color. it becomes white. so that any color you put on top of it will come out the color you want ( like a clean slate)

OR

get the lo real extreme bleach kit. there are a whole range of kits for people with dark hair. they are usually on the bottom shelf in the drug store though.
