A lot of chinese and phillipene girls can get away with dying their hair blond or getting highlights... and it looks like they have a bunch of different colors in their hair and it looks like streaky, I don't know how else to describe it...they've just got streaks of different colors and it looks so pretty on them and high maintenance. I'm indian and have a light complexion... and Iwant to acheive that look, I have jet black hair and I was wondering what color highlights I could get put in my hair to give me that high maintenance look?

i used to be one of those chinese girls ur talking about lol. we dont just dye it one color. go to a salon, and get a range of blonde, light brown, dark brown, and red. But thats only done in nice salons.
usually some girls just get blond and red when they dye themselves, and usually depending on different dye times and dye amount put on the strand, the color will come out different. like if u leave blonde dye in for 10 min instead of 15, itll come out darker than the strand u kept for 15 minutes, so ull get a range.
if thats what ur going for, go ahead. but i really think that asians look so much more exotic and classy with one color hair.. lol. but ur choice.
