Why does my hair change colors?

when i was age 0-7 i had blond hair, from 8-13 it turned a darker brown, and from 14-now it is turning to more of a reddish color. How many more times will my hair change?

Why does my hair change colors?

The hair follicle grows and changes over time due to the amount of melatonin in it. Melatonin provides hair with its color based on gene hereditary. That is why you see women in their fifties and up with gray or white hair - they have no more producing melatonin. My hair also started as light blonde/brown and progressively got darker. It is now a very dark auburn brown with natural red hints. I've dyed it every color under the sun too.
