Which hair cut should I get?

I was thinking about getting this hair cut:

but one of my friends said that to make a layered haircut look good, it takes a lot of time every morning.

does anyone have any hair cut suggestions (w/ links included) that aren't layered? I have a diamond/oval face, and blond/brownish hair. My hair also isn't too thick, and it is straight.

I've got pretty much the same haircut (just a bit longer) and it doesn't really take that much time in the morning. I just straighten the tips and any random curls and that's all.

I'm pretty sure you'll look good with that haircut, it's pretty easy to maintain and doesn't take to much work in the morning.

I think you should get layers it will look really good with the shape of your face... and also you should get sidebangs and just straitin it every morning. You'll look great!
